Great news! University Jeweler ships to all addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. University Jeweler also does not ship to P.O. Boxes for customer security. However, we do accept P.O. Box addresses for billing purposes only. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping in your area.

Production timeline: Each item is created upon request with the utmost quality and care. As such, please allow 5-7 business days for production.
RETURNS
Thank you for shopping at University Jeweler! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you change your mind, or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send back the unworn item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund to the credit card on file minus the shipping and handling for the original purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, customers are strongly encouraged to obtain insurance for all shipped returns.

If you wish to avoid incurring return shipping costs, we encourage you to come meet us in-store at University Jeweler's sole official retailer, GoldTime Jewelry, located at 25920 The Old Rd, Stevenson Ranch, CA 91381. Please make sure to bring your order invoice to receive a refund on your purchase. There are no restocking fees for in-store or online University Jeweler returns.

*All returns must be sent in their original packaging with the original tags attached and be unworn with no signs of damage. Please note that returns of items with detached security tags, or with signs of wear or other damage, will not be honored at any time. Merchandise that has altered in anyway is not returnable.
